Tai Chi and Qigong are exercise systems are used to promote health, healing and vitality.  With practice you can become more relaxed, stronger and healthier in both mind and body.

There are many positive effects of practising these wonderful, slow movements.  Do you need to improve your balance, coordination or strength?  Would you like to feel more relaxed, healthier in mind, body and spirit?  You really can make positive and lasting changes to your emotional, physical and spiritual health.

I am a Tai Chi and Qigong teacher with over 20 years experience.  My classes are informal and friendly.  Whoever you are and whatever your background, just come, make new friends, relax, learn and enjoy.
