Weekly Classes

Our classes are currently in halls and on Zoom.

  • Everyone is welcome (as our beginners learn alongside more experienced players). 
  • Flexible classes to fit around your work and family commitments. 
  • There could be last minute class cancellations due to bad weather, travel problems, internet issues, lockdowns etc. So please check this page before you attend and/or signup to receive updates via our Newsletter - click here.
  • Please read our Covid-19 safety precautions here before you attend face-to-face classes.

Wednesday Afternoons - Goring, Storton Lodge

Tai Chi 14:00 - 15:00 

Wednesday Evenings - Goring Heath, Village Hall
Tai Chi 18:00 - 19:00 - Spaces available

Saturday Mornings -  Goring, Storton Lodge
Qigong 10:00 - 11:00 - Spaces available

Spear/Sword 12:00 - 12:30 - Spaces available

  • Certain physical injuries and conditions, particularly of the back and neck, may prevent you from practising. If you’re in any doubt, ask your doctor if you should be attending classes and make sure I am aware of your condition.
