Weekly Classes

Before you attend please:

  • Check the schedule below for class cancellations due to Covid, holidays, bad weather, travel problems etc.
  • Read our Covid-19 safety precautions here
  • Bring layers of clothing as we will train outside (weather permitting) or inside with adequate ventilation.
  • Contact me before attending your first class - there are waiting lists for some of my classes.

Additional information:

  • You can pay on the day or use flexible pre-paid hours - see here for costs. 
  • Most students start with Qigong and progress to Tai Chi … please read my blog for the key differences and see here
  • Certain physical injuries and conditions, particularly of the back and neck, may prevent you from practising. If you’re in any doubt, ask your doctor if you should be attending classes and make sure I am aware of your condition.
