During the Coronavirus outbreak we all need to keep active, stay in touch with others, improve our immune systems and keep our training going. 

Qigong and Tai Chi in the Park

Time: 10:00 - 11:00 Qigong 11:00 - 12:00 Tai Chi (dates tbc)

The above classes will only take place weather permitting and are currently restricted to 5 students in each group.
We will meet in a park somewhere near Pangbourne/Goring.

Qigong and Tai Chi Online (via Zoom)

Monday Mornings - Qigong
Time: 10:15 - 11:15 (including Bank Holidays)  No lesson 10/8/20, 24/8/20, 7/9/20 and 14/9/20

Monday Evenings - Tai Chi Surgery
Time: 19:30 - 20:30 (including Bank Holidays) 
These sessions will also focus on different moves of the Form. Are you stuck on a particular move? Bring your questions to this online surgery. 
No lesson 10/8/20, 24/8/20, 7/9/20 and 14/9/20

Tuesday Mornings - Qigong
Time: 11:00 - 12:00 
No lesson 8/9/20 and 15/9/20

Wednesday Afternoons - Qigong
Time: 13:00 - 14:00 No lesson 9/9/20 and 16/9/20

Thursday Mornings - Qigong
Time: 11:00 - 12:00 No lesson 3/9/20, 10/9/20 and 17/9/20

Where: I'll be in my living room or garden and you will be … anywhere with an internet connection!
Who: Qigong suitable for everyone, so open to all. Tai Chi open to anyone who has studied Chen Style Tai Chi - Laojia Yi Lu (Old Frame).

Payment: Pay by the hour or use pre-paid hours. If you have pre-paid hours then please mark your own cards/keep track of your hours used; I'll keep my usual records too. Please contact me for details of how to pay online and see here for costs.

Our pre-Coronavirus Class Information

Due to the Coronavirus all of our weekly hall based classes are now cancelled until further notice.
I run flexible classes that will hopefully fit around your work and family commitments. There are no fixed term dates, so you can come to any of my classes whenever you can. I aim to provide some individual attention at each session. Everyone is welcome (beginners learn alongside more experienced players).

If you are a beginner then please start with a Qigong class.

Some Saturdays will be extended so that there is even more time for Tai Chi form and Sword practice - see here for details.

Please check this page just before you leave home as there could be last minute class cancellations due to bad weather, travel, hall issues etc.

Certain physical injuries and conditions, particularly of the back and neck, may prevent you from practising.  If you’re in any doubt, ask your doctor if you should be attending classes and make sure I am aware of your condition.
