Our pre-Coronavirus Class Information

Due to the Coronavirus all of our weekly hall based classes are now cancelled until further notice.
I run flexible classes that will hopefully fit around your work and family commitments. There are no fixed term dates, so you can come to any of my classes whenever you can. I aim to provide some individual attention at each session. Everyone is welcome (beginners learn alongside more experienced players).

If you are a beginner then please start with a Qigong class.

See here for class costs.

There is a map of class venues, directions and hall details at the bottom of this page.
