Chen Laojia Form

Chen Style Tai Chi - Laojia (Old Frame) - First Form

Chen style is a comprehensive system of self-defence and a valuable health exercise.

Karen teaches Laojia which is traditionally the first Tai Chi form that you would learn, and you will probably work on this for some years before moving on to any other forms.

Laojia was created by Chen Changxing (1771 - 1853), 14th generation of the Chen family.
