Class Information and Timetable

Everyone is welcome (our beginners learn alongside more experienced players). Our classes are informal and friendly. Whoever you are and whatever your background, just come and make new friends, relax, learn and enjoy.

Before you attend please:

  • Check the timetable below for last minute cancellations due to Covid, bad weather etc.
  • Request your free Newsletters so that I can keep you updated latest news, articles, holidays etc. Click here.
  • Pay on the day or use flexible pre-paid hours - see here for costs. 
  • Contact me before attending your first class.
  • Bring layers of clothing as we will be training outside (weather permitting).

Certain physical injuries and conditions, particularly of the back and neck, may prevent you from practising. If you’re in any doubt, please ask your doctor if you should be attending classes and make sure I am aware of your condition.
